fix: op inject no longer trips on a comment in .env.tpl

One comment in .env.tpl contained the literal op://, which op inject (2.39) tries to resolve and fails on, breaking the README command. Reworded.

Test plan

  • op-sa inject -i .env.tpl resolves the whole file
